Drivers

We hire safe, courteous, and professional drivers who want to be the best at what they do. We offer the training and equipment you need to achieve your career goals, with flexible schedules, rotating weekends, and OT opportunities to help you find a work-life balance that’s right for you.
 

Maintenance

We’re a safety-first company, and that means we need skilled, detail-oriented mechanics and technicians to keep our fleet of tractors and trailers running smoothly. Our maintenance personnel ensure reliable, on-time fuel delivery for our customers, and safe working conditions for our drivers.
 

Dispatch

Our dispatch team is responsible for coordinating fuel deliveries to customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. You’ll be equipped with the most sophisticated software in the industry, and taught how to use computer automation to build a 24/7/365 dispatch system. At Quest, you’ll receive the tools and training you need to run a state-of-the-art logistics operation.
 

Back Office

We always have a need for capable back office staff, from administrative and business support roles to jobs in accounting and IT. We hire from a wide variety of backgrounds, but there are several common traits we’re looking for in our employees: Quest prefers individuals with good interpersonal skills, a desire to learn and excel, and a passion for customer service.
